What we do
Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and enables us to improve it, it increases our job prospects and helps provide for ourselves and our families.
Economic empowerment (better and fairer access to resources), political empowerment (rights & representation) and social empowerment (inclusion and non-discrimination) are fundamental for economic growth.
Tourism has an impact on the development of a country’s economy. The main benefits of tourism are income creation and generation of jobs.
The ability of the national economy to benefit from tourism depends on the availability of investment to develop the necessary infrastructure and on its ability to supply the needs of tourists.
Amar 1971 was founded on the idea that the standard of living for those in Bangladesh can be made better. We wish to promote education to those that otherwise would not have access to it as well as provide the poor with means of making money from themselves. One of our key interests is tourism, we believe that if we create businesses that will attract Non-Bangladeshis to Bangladesh then we can increase the standard of living dramatically.
Help shape the work we do!
